What does The Wag Store sell?
We create digital storybooks, colouring books and activity books inspired by Obi and Kimchi—our two much-loved dogs from Lyttelton, New Zealand. Our books are made for young children. Storybooks can be read together, while some colouring and activity pages may need adult help. Please look at each book's description and preview to decide what suits your child.
All Wag Store books are digital PDF downloads designed for A4 paper. They can be enjoyed on a screen or printed at home; no physical book will be posted. Our books are generally suited to young children, with adult help for reading or activities where needed. After payment, the download is available through your order email.
Price
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). If you pay in another currency, your card provider will convert the charge as its exchange rate.
Where are we based?
We are based in Lyttelton, Christchurch, New Zealand.
Will I receive a printed book?
No. Our books are digital PDF downloads. No physical book will be posted. You can save your book to your device, read it on screen or print it at home.
How do I download my book?
After your payment is confirmed:
- Open your order confirmation email.
- Select “View your order online.”
- Select “Download now.”
- Save the PDF to your phone, tablet or computer.
Keep your order email and save a copy of your book somewhere you can easily find it.
What if my order email does not arrive?
Check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, email info@wagstorenz.com with your name and the email address you used at checkout.
Can I read the books on my phone or tablet?
Yes. You can open the PDF on a phone, tablet or computer using a PDF reader. Storybooks can be enjoyed on screen, while colouring and activity pages are best printed.
How do I print my book?
Our books are designed for A4 paper. Open the downloaded PDF, select the pages you want and choose A4 in your printer settings.
Use “Fit to page” if the edges are being cut off. Colouring pages can be printed in black and white. Colours may vary between screens and printers.
Can I print the activities more than once?
Yes, for personal use within your household. You can print favourite colouring and activity pages again for your children to enjoy.
Please do not share, resell or upload the PDF or distribute copies outside your household.
Can teachers or early childhood centres use the books?
Please contact info@wagstorenz.com before copying or distributing books for a classroom, centre or group. Unless a product states otherwise, purchases are for personal and household use.
What ages are the books suitable for?
The books include stories and activities for young children. Check each product description for its recommended age range and contents. Younger children may enjoy reading and completing activities with an adult.
Are Obi and Kimchi real dogs?
Yes! Obi is our friendly, curious adventurer. Kimchi is our feisty, loving foodie. Their everyday lives, family outings and adventures inspire our stories and illustrations.
What if my file will not open or I receive the wrong book?
Email info@wagstorenz.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We will help you access the correct file and resolve any issue with your purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Please check the product description and previews before buying. We do not normally offer refunds for a change of mind on digital downloads.
If your file is faulty, incorrect or does not match its description, please contact us so we can put things right. This policy does not limit your rights under New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act or other applicable consumer laws.

Our books are supplied as downloadable PDF files. No physical book will be posted.

Personal use and copyright
Unless the product description states otherwise, purchases are for personal and household use. You may print pages again for use within your household.
You must not share, resell, upload or redistribute the files or printed copies. Please contact us before using the books with a classroom, centre or group.

When you place an order or contact us, we collect the information needed to process your purchase and help you. This may include your name, email address, billing details, order details and messages you send us.
Providing information is voluntary, but we may be unable to complete your order or reply to you without the necessary details.
How do we use your information?

Who helps process your information?
Our website and online store use Webador. Relevant order information is processed through the services we use to operate the store.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Payment information is handled according to that provider’s privacy and security practices.
How do we protect and retain your information?
We take reasonable steps to protect customer information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including any legal recordkeeping requirements.
Refund and download problems
We do not normally offer refunds for a change of mind on digital downloads.
